Petrol prices are still creeping up again, although the wholesale price is supposed to have gone down. A couple of weeks ago it was announced that supermarket petrol would be cheaper – not much sign of that round here.
And why is Weymouth/Dorchester petrol 4p per litre more than that at Bere Regis or Wimborne? We now have fewer petrol stations in this area, and they all charge the same give or take a penny.
Who agrees to this price, local or regional managers? Unfortunately it is a bit far to go to Bere Regis solely for fuel, but if you have a big tank, it’s probably worth it.
