May I as the Chairman of the Development Control Committee at the time when the Charles Street Development application came to committee last September, say that at that time I insisted and ensured that the application was thoroughly dealt with so that no judical review would be allowed let alone succeed.
The delaying antics of SCON and Co led by Coun Chisholm has indeed cost us, the Council Tax payers of West Dorset, over £600,000.
Whilst on the subject of money, I have never seen, as yet, the exact sum raised by SCON and Co to fund the advice they sought from their Barrister, how much that advice cost, whose advice they sought and which charities benefitted from the surplus which must have been leftover.
Come on Coun Chisholm we want answers not excuses.
