A COUPLE have welcomed their first son into the world.
Matt Bosher, 31, and Emily Case, 32, from Abbotsbury welcomed baby Austyn Charlie Bosher into their family on May 17.
He was born 11 days late at Dorset County Hospital weighing 7lb and 10.5oz.
Proud dad Matt said: “It was amazing to meet him.
“He is eating really well and sleeping not so well yet.”
Both mum and baby are doing really well.
The couple chose Austyn as it is a Welsh name and Emily’s mum is Welsh and Charlie was chosen after Emily’s grandfather.
Emily said: “Being a mum feels just amazing, it’s really nice and we are very happy.
“We are looking forward to introducing him to the world.”
The couple would like to say a special thank-you to the midwives at the hospital and especially Lucy and Sophie.
