TATE Cattistock is happening in Chilfrome between Saturday, May 21 and Monday, May 30. You will have a chance to see the work of local artists at The Barns (DT2 0HA) from 11am until 4pm each day, with an open evening from 6 to 9pm on Saturday, May 28.
The group of four artists from Cattistock are Liz Somerville (prints), Merrily Harpur (paintings), Nicola Butler (botanical watercolours) and Virginia Day (stone sculpture). Also featured will be three invited artists, Mark Somerville (photography), Emily Myers (ceramics) and Hugh Dunford-Wood (drawings).
The venue is halfway between Maiden Newton and Cattistock and is easily accessible. There will be refreshments and toilet facilities.

CHILDREN of Fiji has a new quiz available from the beginning of June. The title of the quiz is ‘Stitched Up’ and the topic this time is clothing (a mixture of factual and cryptic questions).
