I recently had to contact Trading Standards and also sought advice from our local Citizens’ Advice Bureau, after being left with no hot water or heating throughout the whole of January, February and mid-March 2011.

If it hadn’t been for the fantastic support and advice that both these services gave me I really wouldn’t have known what to have done to resolve the situation.

These services are very valuable to people such as myself and it would be a shame if any cuts are made to such vital services.
