Leanne Seymour, 21, of Chapelhay, gave birth to baby Lacie May in Dorset County Hospital last month.

Baby Lacie weighed 6lbs 14oz when she was born.

Proud mum Leanne said: “She is my third baby. I had my son Leo at 26 weeks and he was okay. He’s four years old now.

“Then I had a second baby born at 24 weeks but he didn’t make it. He didn’t survive.

“I have always had the babies premature and baby Lacie is the first one that’s gone full term.”

She added: “I was worried all through the pregnancy that I would go into premature labour but it was okay in the end.

“She’s brilliant, she doesn’t sleep through the night yet but she’s doing okay.”

Leanne wanted to say a special thank you to the staff and midwives at Dorset County Hospital.

Back home and Lacie and her brother have become inseparable.

Leanne said: “Leo loves her, he won’t leave her alone.

“Lacie doesn’t stop eating and she just wants bottles all the time.

“She’s brilliant. I’m really enjoying being a mum.”
