Qualifications and experience: Dan was working until last August in a summer job as a kitchen assistant at the Richmoor Hotel on Weymouth Esplanade.
He has previously worked in a maintenance role at Weymouth Sea Life Park. Dan has a level three City and Guilds qualification in motor vehicle mechanics.
