Qualifications and experience: Peter was recently studying a mechanics course at Weymouth College.
While at school, he undertook work experience at Redlands Sports Centre, Weymouth.
He has also previously been on a catering apprenticeship at a Weymouth hotel. Peter has a level one NVQ catering qualification and GCSEs.
