Qualifications and experience: Adam last worked in December 2009 as a chef and has also been a labourer, worked in retail and milked cows.
Adam has several qualifications, including in English and maths.
He has also gained qualifications in cleaning, manual handling, cooking and food hygiene. He is working towards getting a CSCS card.
