SENIOR dental nurse Vicky Helena Rees, 26, who works at Poundbury Dental Practice married Richard Parker, 25, a floor technician at Carpet Select in Poundbury.
They were married earlier this month at St Laurence’s Church in Upwey, Weymouth.
The wedding was attended by the bride’s parents, Karal Rees of Bristol and Gareth Rees of Cardiff, and the groom’s parents, Tony Parker of Canada and Anne Walker of Portland.
There were 120 guests at wedding and they had their reception at Weymouth’s Riviera Hotel.
There were 80 guests at the reception lunch and 120 people at the evening reception. The bride wore an ivory gown with a train and veil and carried a trailing bouquet of roses and lilies.
She was attended by four bridesmaids – her sister Kathryn Rees, best friend Roxanne Ward and cousins Sophia and Francesca Evans.
The flower girl was the bride’s niece Paige Haskell and the best man was Lewis Sutherland.
The pageboys were the groom’s son Dillan Parker, seven, and the couple’s son Olly Parker, five months.
The newlyweds, who live with their children in Dorchester Road, Wey-mouth, plan to go on honeymoon to Mykonos for their first anniversary next year.
