Qualifications and experience: Roy last worked four months ago as a forklift driver in Leicester before moving to Weymouth.
He worked in that role for a year and has worked in warehouses and driving forklifts for the past 20 years.
Prior to warehouse work, he worked as a coach trimmer for a bus company for 11 years.
He has a City and Guilds qualification in coach trimming and an NVQ level two qualification in warehouse work.
He has a current forklift driver’s licence, various computer qualifications and a full driving licence.
