One of the dance sessions
Dance music was pumping today for students at Weymouth College.
Inspired by a clip of the famous dance act Diversity, the girls were learning about different dance styles and doing warm up exercises.
Lauren, 15, from The Grange, took dance as one of her choices and said: “It’s very enjoyable.”
The skills Lauren learnt included how to warm up properly and confidence building. The students were learning street and contemporary dance. Holly Aslett, 15, from The Grange said the skills she learnt ‘would be useful for street performances’.
