THE Friends of Radipole Park and Gardens are proud of the new picnic benches which they have provided next to the children’s play area, to encourage more families to use the facilities.
Friends chairman, Philip Grout-Smith said: “Throughout weekends and school holidays the site is extremely busy, so it’s ideal that parents can make even more of their trip by bringing a picnic and sitting in comfort.”
