LEISURE bosses fear they are being victimised after an attraction was vandalised again.
Flags at Weymouth Sea Life Park have been stolen - the second theft at the Lodmoor centre in a month.
General manager Iain Hawkins was shocked when he arrived at work to discover five out of six Sea Life flags had been stolen from the front of the building.
He said: "On assessing the theft it is clear that the flags were deliberately removed as all of the ropes have been cut.
"I found the sixth flag lying on the ground, which leads me to wonder whether someone disturbed the thieves in action.
"What disturbs me even more is that it has happened exactly a month after we first discovered that our pirate Blackbeard had been stolen from the Pirate Adventure Golf attraction next door."
Mr Hawkins said the missing pirate, valued at nearly £1,000, has still not been found despite offers of a £300 reward for its return.
The stolen flags, which are blue with a Sea Life logo and measure roughly 4ft by 2ft, are valued at a total of £350.
Mr Hawkins added that the park has ordered replacements and reported the incident to police.
Last month staff hit out after a life-sized wooden pirate, nicknamed Black-beard and holding a telescope, was snatched.
Workers at the park handed out wanted posters to people on Weymouth beach and put notices up around the town offering a reward for information leading to the model's safe return.
A spokesman for Dorset Police said the theft of flags at the Sea Life Park was being investigated.
