GIRLBAND Twisted Angels storm into Bournemouth on August 11 midway through a major tour to promote their new album Alter Ego.
These edgy teen-dreams, who play the town's Opera House, originally got together in their school music room three years ago.
Having cut their creative teeth in and around their home-base of the Isle of Man they are now five dates into their second UK tour.
What marks the Angels - Steph, Ami, Andrea and Laura - and their highly original rock/punk sound out as different is that not only play their own instruments but write and produce their own music.
Lead singer Steph says: "The contradiction in our name, Twisted Angels, describes our music to a tee - it can be hard and heavy but is always tuneful and melodic."
