THE Wells Cathedral School Singers are coming to Dorchester early next year for a one-off concert to raise funds for Broadmayne Village Chapel.
The world-renowned choir, conducted by the founder of the King's Singers, Nigel Perrin, will be performing a selection of ensemble choral works on the night of Friday, January 25, in the United Church in South Street, Dorchester.
The concert, which will also feature an organ recital and promises to be a magical evening of entertainment, starts at 7.30 and tickets, £5, will be on sale from December 1 from the following outlets: The Music Box in Princes Street, Dorchester, branches of Browns Optician in High West Street, Dorchester and St Thomas Street, Weymouth, Herrings art shop in High West Street, Dorchester, and The Gallery, United Church Book Shop, South Street, Dorchester.
