A PUBLIC conference is to be held in Poole to let residents know how the NHS is working in the town and its future plans.
The one-day event will allow those interested to find out how to become involved and help to shape the way the service is run locally.
Discussions will be held on all aspects of health care including heart disease, cancer, older people and GP services.
Any member of the public can apply to attend and it is hoped there will be a large take-up.
The conference takes place on January 4 at Bournemouth University's Talbot Campus from 10am until 3pm. To book a place call 01202 710100.
