RECRUITMENT firm director and wildlife photographer David Nichols is having his work displayed by Abbey Life.
Mr Nichols has been photographing wildlife around the world for several years.
"My main focus is on birds, concentrating on my local area here in Dorset. I have also visited the Shetland Islands, North America, India and New Zealand," he said. "I've had an interest in wildlife since a young boy growing up in Somerset. A few years ago I started taking photographs of wildlife and got well and truly hooked."
"Wildlife photography is a wonderful escape from the pressure of everyday life," said Mr Nichols, who runs the independent Dorset recruitment group Smart. "I started the (photography) business with the thought of one day being able to turn semi-professional. Maybe that dream will come true."
