DORCHESTER Town will be without defensive rock Andy Harris for their FA Umbro Trophy clash with Mangotsfield tomorrow, kick-off 3pm.
The ex-Bridport star misses the second round trip to Cossham Street through suspension.
And boss Mark Morris admits Harris will be a hard man to replace against the Dr Martens Western Division outfit.
He said: "Andy's the sort of player who always give you full commitment and his experience is important with so many youngsters in the side. He's not the sort of lad you want to be without, especially in one-off cup games like this one.
"It's going to be tough for us up there because Mangotsfield are certainly no mugs, as their victory over Worcester in the last round proved. But we've also been playing very well just recently and our 3-0 win at St Leonards on Monday means we'll be travelling full of confidence."
With Harris confined to a seat in the stand, Morris adds his own name to a
16-man squad, along with those of reserve team keeper David Elm and defender Ollie Cherrett.
"I've not settled on my starting 11 yet", he admitted, "but I've added David, Ollie and myself because you can have up to five subs in the Trophy. My only worry would have been over Mark Jermyn, but he came through the St Leonards match with no reaction to an injured calf muscle."
He added: "Hopefully we can go there and give a good account of ourselves. A decent run in the competition would be great for the club's profile and go some way to making up for our early FA Cup exit."
Mangotsfield, meanwhile, have already enjoyed considerable knockout success this season, reaching the fourth qualifying round of the FA Cup with wins over Falmouth, Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare and Dr Martens Premier Division Merthyr Tydfil, before being held at home by Lewes.
With a plum home tie against Stoke City in prospect they then crashed
2-0 in the replay in Sussex.
In the FA Trophy first round they accounted for another side from the Dr Martens Premier when they beat Worcester at Cossham Street after drawing at St George's Lane.
Former Bristol City and Northampton striker David Seal, a bustling attacker in the same mould as Magpies top scorer Danny O'Hagan, is also in fine form for Mangotsfield at present, although he faces a late fitness test on a leg injury.
His 18 goals include 11 in their five FA Cup ties including five in their 10-1 win against Falmouth Town.
But Mangotsfield's recent form in the league, where they are behind with their fixtures because of their cup commitments, has not been so impressive. Before Wednesday night's 2-2 draw with bottom of the table Swindon Supermarine, they were beaten by both Gresley Rovers and Solihull Borough.
