SKATE-mad teenagers took time out from practising tricks to give their skate park a fresh new look for this Sunday's Tempt Fate festival.
Half-pipes and ramps at Poole's Baiter Park have all benefited from a new lick of paint ahead of the Daily Echo-backed event, which is expected to attract thousands of spectators.
A large number of skateboarders, BMXers and in-line skaters have already been packing out the park as they prepare to show off their skills to the crowds.
The Extreme Sports Channel will be filming the day's action-packed activities and Fire FM will be broadcasting live.
Last year's Funseeker Skate Fest attracted around 5,000 people but this year's event is expected to be even bigger and better.
Many local companies have been quick to pledge their support to the festival. These include Brewers Paints, who donated the paint for the 70ft graffiti wall, Sydenhams, who are supplying wood free of charge and GBH Engineering, who are providing a marquee.
Shiner Distribution have donated 20 safety helmets to ensure all the competition entrants are properly kitted-out and the Dolphin Traders' Association are helping to fund food and drink for all the competitors and volunteers.
