DORSET athletes were in record breaking form as three of the area's rising stars secured national qualifying standards and 10 competition bests were shattered at the Dorset County Championships.
Wimborne javelin sensation Louise Watton led the way as she demolished her personal best to claim a national qualifying distance and gold medal in the under-17 women's event.
Watton's second round throw of 44.14m added 1.59m to her previous best set only last month while the Lytchett Minster pupil is just 1.10m short of Samantha Redd's UK age-group best of 45.24m.
The talented 15-year-old, who does not turn 16 until October, also recorded the four best distances by an under-17 woman for two years since Redd made her mark in 2000.
Watton's javelin gold was just one of five medals she claimed at King's Park, also tasting glory in the shot putt, taking silver in the discus and hammer and bronze in the 300m.
Charlotte Moore proved she is no one-event wonder as the English Schools' 800m champion secure a new championship best and AAA's qualification on her way to senior 400m gold.
Bournemouth's Moore, who achieved the IAAF World Junior Championships qualifying standard in her favoured event last week, sliced half a second off the previous competition record, clocking 57 seconds over the one lap.
Hammer star Matthew Frampton also got in on the AAA's act as his massive junior throw of 57.20m put him 5.20m over the national standard.
The 18-year-old BAC athlete, who captained Dorset's boys at the English Schools' Championships last summer, has recently returned from training in Spain with Alan Bertram, one of Britain's leading throws coaches.
And the experience of training alongside current Great Britain international Lorraine Shaw in Madrid obviously benefited Frampton as he also bettered his personal best by two metres.
The Poole College student made it a hat-trick of gold with victories in the discus and shot putt.
English Schools' 3,000m champion Colin McCourt was another double gold medal winner as he cruised to 1,500 and 800m glory.
McCourt achieved his national 1,500m time of 3mins 55secs in Somerset last week but he did not need to move out of first gear, clocking 4.03:40 to see off Chris Parr.
The 800m also saw McCourt set a new championship best of 1.54.40, just short of the 1.53:00 AAA's requirement.
Bournemouth's Tom Oliver was another championship record breaker in the junior men's 5000m while Wimborne's Jocelyn Hird and Samantha Baldwin achieved the same feat in the senior women's high jump and under-17s pole vault.
BAC's men jumpers were also in scintillating form with both Dan Macdonald and Simon Dewsbury setting competition bests in the under-17 high jump and pole vault respectively.
And Poole Runners' Matthew Clark notched a golden double, setting a new under-15s' 3,000m championship record before helping Poole complete a clean sweep of the medals in the 1,500m. Nick Phillips finished second behind his team-mate while Jonathan Boyle was third.
James Rayner broke Poole AC's under-20 long and triple jump records to claim two golds.
