A COLLISION between a bus and a motorcycle in one of Weymouth's busiest streets earlier today caused heavy congestion.
Traffic was diverted through the First bus depot after the accident in King Street at 7.30am.
The motorcyclist from Weymouth was treated for minor injuries at Dorset County Hospital.
It is believed the single decker bus was turning into the depot when the accident happened.
A witness said: "The motorbike was under the bus. It looked mangled."
Diversions were in place for about 45 minutes while police cleared the scene.
