CHERRIES have launched their Target 2002 campaign in a bid to generate club season ticket sales.

Representatives of combined supporters' groups have been meeting with the club's board to launch the first of many season ticket initiatives with the aim of reaching 2002 sales.

In conjunction with the Daily Echo, we are delighted to announce that anyone buying a season ticket for the 2002-03 season can take advantage of the best deal offered by the club in years - a replica of the new home shirt for half the normal selling price along with free entry into a special prize draw.

Last year, Cherries also gave supporters the opportunity to guarantee their favourite seat for two seasons.

An attractive part of this was that the price for the second season would be frozen.

Cherries are now to repeat the offer of two-year season tickets at the same price as last season's tickets (provided you apply before May 31).

This will mean anyone taking out a ticket covering both the 2002-03 and 2003-04 seasons will have had the benefit of frozen prices for three full seasons.

In addition, Cherries confirm there will be no increase in prices for those tickets should the club regain their Division Two status at the end of next season.

If you have already purchased your season ticket for next term and wish to take advantage of this offer you can do so by contacting the ticket office and requesting an additional season.

For those who took advantage of last year's offer and currently hold a two-year season ticket, which expires at the end of 2002-03, you now have the opportunity to renew for a further year at the current prices.

This offer is also available for those people who have not previously had a season ticket and wish to guarantee their favourite seat for the next two seasons.

To take advantage of this offer you must advise the ticket office when you purchase your ticket for next season. Postal applications should include a covering note or letter confirm-ing your requirements.

We believe these offers represent exceptional value for money and we would encourage all AFCB supporters to purchase their season tickets now.

Anyone who has already bought their season ticket will also be eligible for a half-price shirt and free entry into the prize draw.

As a new innovation for Target 2002, corporate season tickets will also be offered to businesses either for their own use or as staff incentives. Further details will appear in the Daily Echo next week.
