A LAND Rover belonging to Dorchester-based radio station Wessex FM was broken into and between £2,000 and £5,000-worth of equipment stolen.
Police say a thief removed the rubber from the back window of the vehicle while it was parked at the Grove Trading Estate at the bottom of the county town.
They are appealing for witnesses to come forward after the thief got away with outside broadcast equipment.
The equipment was taken between Saturday and Tuesday morning.
