A BOURNEMOUTH teenager has appeared in court charged with the murder of Wimborne woman Jemma Benson.
The 17-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, spoke only to confirm his name and address at Poole Magistrates' Court.
He was remanded in custody until Thursday, when he will reappear before Poole Magistrates.
Jemma, 22, was found dead at the home she shared with her mother at West Borough, Wimborne in the early hours of last Thursday morning. A post mortem has revealed she died of asphyxia.
