UNBEATEN Weymouth will be looking to make it five out of five tomorrow in their NSA Premier League clash with reigning champions Colehill at Redlands, start 1.30pm.

The top-of-the-table Seasiders have set a trail-blazing pace this season and are determined to keep the pressure on their challengers.

But skipper Hugh Lawes has issued a warning to his players ahead of tomorrow's clash.

"Beware of a team struggling, especially a team that last season took the league title.

"Colehill are obviously not the same side as last season and they are missing a class act in Richard Scott, but we cannot afford to be complacent after our recent good form."

He added: "We've got to keep ticking away and be patient and continue to do the good things that have seen us go to the top of the table."

The Seasiders will have to make changes tomorrow. The hand injury that Paul Payne received last week against Stalbridge, when he had to have three stitches, has not healed sufficiently so he will sit out the clash.

Ben Lawes returns though after missing last week's game. The Minor Counties player was studying for exams but will fill the number three slot with Raj Lehal moving further down the order.

The captain said: "The injury is unfortunate to Payner but it saves me from making a difficult selection decision."

The excellent win against a very strong Stalbridge side last week has given Weymouth the impetus to keep that winning habit.

The superb form of the Pearce

brothers, Dave and Michael, the lightning pace of Siraag Abrahams and the strong batting of opener Simon Talbot are obvious factors as to why Weymouth are top of the league. But it would be unfair to single out individuals as the whole side are playing with confidence and looking good for honours at the end of the season.
