WILDCATS skipper Justin Elkins heads the entries for tomorrow's opening meeting at Weymouth's new speedway stadium.
The grasstrack specialist is one of more than 15 riders who will compete for the inaugural Wessex Rosebowl Individual title.
Others who will be taking to the dirt include Poole Pirates asset Danny Warwick, Aussie Brendan McKay and schoolboy sensation Ben Barker.
Weymouth promoter Brian White said: "It promises to be a cracking opening meeting and the track has been set up for some really exciting racing.
"We are still waiting conformation from a few more riders but some of the sport's hottest young prospects will be on show."
