BOURNEMOUTH Enterprise Centre is now in the second stage of development and will be ready for occupancy in November.
The centre in Nimrod Way on the Ferndown Industrial Estate, will provide workspace, support and facilities to businesses in Dorset and the surrounding area.
The two acre site complete with landscaped grounds and off-site parking will provide 100 office and workshop/studio units. With short-term licence agreements available, companies will have the freedom to come and go with ease.
"The Centre has already attracted huge local interest which demonstrates a real demand for effective workplace solutions in the area," said Philip Wilson, developer and owner "Whether we provide space to existing or start-up companies, the centre will create a truly unique environment for networking and business opportunities."
The centre is ideally located within easy reach of the M27, rail routes to London and international access via Bournemouth and Southampton airports. Flexible lease terms, all inclusive bills and cost effective solutions, ensure minimal start up costs and commitment to help businesses get on track straight away. With plans in progress for further sites in the South, Cllr Spencer Flower, East Dorset District Council spokesperson on Planning and Economic Regeneration said: "We are very pleased to see a development such as this in East Dorset; we understand the needs of new business and recognise the support this Centre offers to them."
