THE Wessex League season is barely a week old and already old foes Pete Moore and Graham Kemp are at each other's throats.
Last season, the pair exchanged words over the payment of the players but appeared to have made up by the time Christchurch and Brockenhurst clashed in the last game of the campaign.
But, having also come face-to-face in the opening fixture this time around, the duelling duo have started another spat.
Kemp alleged Priory officials were tapping up his substitutes directly after the game at Grigg Lane last Saturday.
He said: "It was blatant and showed no respect. You get 15 weeks in the close season to sort your squad out so why do you have to resort to this one game in? It's very disappointing."
But Moore has been quick to dismiss the actions as nothing more than a friendly catch-up.
He said: "The only person I spoke to at any length was Jason Lovell but we go way back together.
"I know Stuart Underwood (Priory assistant manager) spoke to Dominic Taylor and Ross Drew but again, he knows them from their Christchurch days.
"Graham is seeing things that aren't there. We all know people inside the game, are we not allowed to speak to them now?!"
Brock welcome back defender Dominic Bryan for the trip to Moneyfields tomorrow (August 21 3pm). He is likely to replace the unavailable Mark Issacson.
Moore's Priory side will be hunting for their first points against a Fareham Town side they met five times last term.
John Wyatt returns after missing the 3-0 defeat last week, while Callum Burt and Dan Egan will also be added to the squad.
