NEVER let it be said that the staff at the Echo are a tasteless bunch!
Wear a Tasteless Tie Week is the event they've been waiting for and the chance to dig those old favourites out of the back of the wardrobe.
Not only will they have great fun wearing their silly neck-gear but they will also raise vital cash for Julia's House, which cares for children in Dorset with life-limiting illnesses.
The event is part of National Children's Hospice Week, which starts today.
The Daily Echo is urging other businesses to join in the fun to raise as much money as possible for the charity.
Staff at the newspaper will be encouraged to wear tasteless ties on Tuesday but you can choose any day you like, as long as everyone taking part donates at least £1.
To support the event call Julia's House on 01202 640402.
