BASEPOINT'S new complex of serviced offices and workshops at Bournemouth Airport will be fully open from next Monday (4 October).
The 1.9-acre Basepoint Business Centre in Enterprise Way is now complete after 10 months of construction work.
Four tenants are already occupying five of the 82 units. They include the charity Tenovus, which is raising £1.2 million for a new cancer care unit at the Royal Bournemouth Hospital.
Basepoint has now become a major sponsor of the appeal which is £200,000 towards its target.
Basepoint Bournemouth is the 12th complex in the group, which has centres across the South from Weymouth to Folkstone to High Wycombe.
Facilities include two-week licence agreements, 24/7 access, free car parking (122 spaces), meeting rooms and a tenants' lounge.
Area manager Nigel Reed said: "We are very excited about our development here at Bournemouth Airport."
The Bournemouth area was targeted because it was identified "as one experiencing very high levels of economic growth and prosperity with businesses growing and developing at an astronomical rate."
This is Basepoint's second centre in Dorset, the other being in Weymouth.
