COWBOYS and Indians rode into town as a residents' group held a wild west day.
More than 100 senior residents of Fairway Court in Weymouth donned wild west costumes for an afternoon of country and western music and food. The event began with a horse-led parade.
Event organiser Kris Hallet said: "It's absolutely wonderful, everyone is having a fantastic time. People have come to listen to music, pat the horse and just enjoy themselves.
"We have had a lot of help from Weymouth Community Volunteers - they are integral to putting together an event like this.
"We have been planning it for months and the residents at Fairway Court sent out invitations to other housing groups in Weymouth. It's been a great success."
