A chance to have a look round a farm and discover the story behind food is on offer on Sunday.
Moor Farm at Knights in the Bottom, near Weymouth, will be opening its gates to the public between 11am and 4pm for Open Farm Sunday 2009.
Moor Farm is 330 acres of conservation and wildlife combined with arable farming.
Visitors will have a unique opportunity to get a behind the scenes look at life on a farm and to meet and talk with the people responsible for producing the food on their plate.
A range of family activities will be on offer including bug hunts and nature walks.
Open Farm Sunday is organised by Linking Environment and Farming (Leaf) and offers people an opportunity to enjoy the countryside.
