A digger has been stolen from a rural road west of Bridport - prompting a police appeal.
Officers are appealing for information and issuing an image of a digger stolen from the Broadoak area in a bid to locate it.
Between 5pm on Saturday, November 30 and 8am on Monday, December 2 a Kobelco digger was stolen from Denhay Lane in the Broadoak area.
Police constable Sebastian Haggett, of the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team, said: “We are carrying out enquiries to locate the stolen digger.
“I am now issuing an image of the digger in the hope someone may have seen it for sale in unusual circumstances.
“If anyone has information about who was responsible, please contact Dorset Police.”
