A DORSET pub has announced it is to close this weekend.
Bosses at The Ox on the corner of Parr Street and Commercial Road, Ashley Cross said they are "sad to go" but were recently told to close "for the foreseeable".
It has a boutique hotel with 14 en-suite bedrooms within the building, offering a full English breakfast for guests.
A statement from the team said: "Please join us for our last hurrah, Friday and Saturday from 6pm till late.
"Unfortunately, we have been given the news that as of Saturday, November 30 we will be closing Ox Hotel, Bar and Grill for the foreseeable future.
"Thank you all for your support and friendship over the years and more specifically the past few months. We are sad to go..."
