Business leaders in Weymouth and Portland are inviting other traders to join them at their annual Christmas party.
The Weymouth and Portland Chamber of Commerce will be hosting an event this Friday at the Oliveto restaurant in Weymouth, promising an evening of festive cheer and local business celebration.
This year, the event's main sponsor is Albert Goodman, an award-winning firm of accountants, tax advisers, and business consultants.
The chamber is inviting local businesses to attend the black tie dinner which offers an opportunity for businesses both new and established to come together and network.
A spokesperson for the event said: "We invite you to wrap up the year in style and join us for less speeches and more partying.
"Enjoy a relaxed social atmosphere as the local business community celebrate 2024 with good food, wine and entertainment.
"Attendees can expect an exciting and enjoyable evening, with plenty of festive fun, fine dining, and entertainment. It’s the ideal chance to unwind and celebrate the year’s achievements."
The Weymouth and Portland Chamber of Commerce is committed to supporting local businesses and fostering a strong, thriving business community.
Through networking events, resources, and advocacy, the Chamber helps businesses grow, connect, and succeed.
The spokesperson added: "Whether you’re an established business or a new startup, this event will provide you with a chance to engage with like-minded professionals and explore potential opportunities."
