Dorset Healthcare has issued advice for patients about how its services may be affected by the snow.
Snow has hit the county which has caused chaos on many Dorset routes.
There have been many closures along the A35 as well as reports of crashes and train disruption.

Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust has released the following statement:
It read: "Due to adverse weather conditions in many parts of Dorset, some Dorset HealthCare services may be affected.
"Some routine home visits or clinics may need to be postponed or carried out in a different way. We will contact any patients who are affected to make arrangements.
"If people are due to travel to an outpatient appointment with us today and have not been contacted by staff to postpone it, they should plan their journey carefully and travel to us only if safe to do so. Any missed appointments will be rearranged.
"Bridport’s Minor Injuries Unit is currently closed. Anyone needing urgent medical help or advice should visit NHS 111 online at Get help for your symptoms - NHS 111 or contact the service by calling 111.
"The vaccination clinic due to be running at Portland Hospital today (21 November) has been cancelled. If we have the phone number of anyone who has booked in, they will have received a text alert."
