A man has denied trying to take photos underneath the skirt of a 14-year-old girl.
Karl Noble, of Whitehead Drive, Weymouth appeared before Weymouth Magistrates Court yesterday.
The 33-year-old has been charged with one count of operating equipment beneath the clothing of another without consent.
This relates to an alleged incident on June 16, 2023.
As previously reported, Dorset Police received a report that a 14-year-old girl was in the Tesco Express store on Portland Road in Wyke Regis when a man was seen allegedly trying to take photos underneath her skirt.
Noble was represented by Lee Christmas and Siobhan Oxley was prosecuting.
The defendant denied the charge and the case will be sent to trial at Weymouth Magistrates Court on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 2pm.
Noble has been released on conditional bail whereby he must not attend any school education premises or be in contact with any child under 18 without secondary adult supervision.
