WHAT is it about the Greenhill Community Trust that they enjoy persecuting inoffensive people?
The couple who have received notice their chalet tenancy will not be renewed appear to be respectable and diligent tenants.
Their only offence seems to be not residents of Weymouth. I tend to agree with them that the Trust has done this to bump others up the waiting list.
The Trust has happily taken these people’s money since taking over control of the beach chalets in 2019.

When doing so why did they not examine the clauses of the covenant and advise residents outside Weymouth they could not be leaseholders of the chalets.
Probably it was too much trouble for the Trust administrators to do the work.
In the words of my cousin, some people like to be awkward.
