A crash has been causing major disruption for those commuting between Weymouth and Dorchester.
Police were called out to the two-vehicle crash on Dorchester Road, near to the Weymouth Relief Road at around 12.30pm today.
According to officers, there were no serious injuries reported and the road was cleared at approximately 1.25pm.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: “We received a report at 12.30pm of a two-vehicle collision on Dorchester Road, near to the Weymouth Relief Road. Officers attended.”
One eyewitness reported seeing a lot of traffic building up in the area following the incident.
The road is now clear and traffic has returned to normal.
