DAVID EVANS, aged 62, of Abbotsbury Road, Weymouth. Admitted to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on July 6, 2022, at Old Castle Road in Weymouth. Given a six-month conditional discharge. To pay court costs of £74 and a surcharge of £26.
LEE COOK, aged 44, of Lanehouse Rocks Road, Weymouth. Admitted to criminal damage to a window worth £806.64 on Benville Road, Weymouth on June 6, 2024. Must pay £806.64 in compensation.
NATHAN HENDY, aged 26, of Holland Road, Weymouth. Admitted to using words or behaviour to cause harassment alarm or distress of another on Holland Road on June 1, 2024. Also admitted to criminal damage of a window blind of unknown value on the same day and street. To pay £75 in compensation to each of the two victims and a fine of £120. Also, must not contact the victim for 12 months.
ADAM BEALES, aged 46, of Ranelagh Road, Weymouth. Admitted to assaulting a police officer in Lyme Regis on August 16, 2023. To pay compensation of £200.
MATTHEW DOWNTON, aged 48, of Magnolia Close, Weymouth. Admitted to driving a motor vehicle on the A354 towards Littlemoor on December 20, 2023, without a licence. Fined £40. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points. To pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £16.
MICHAEL MOONEY, aged 36, of no fixed address, Weymouth. Admitted to using a motor vehicle on October 1, 2024, at Lanehouse Rocks Road, Weymouth without insurance and otherwise in accordance with a licence. Fined £120. Driving licence endorsed with eight penalty points. To pay court costs of £40 and a surcharge of £48.
ZAKI ABDELAAL ABDELAAL, aged 21, of Lancaster Road, Weymouth. Admitted to driving a car on the A354 Relief Road on August 24, 2023, between the Veasta and Manor Roundabouts at a speed exceeding 30mph, namely 39mph. Fined £100. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points. To pay a surcharge of £40 and court costs of £110.
LLOYD DUFF, aged 66, of Rodwell Road, Weymouth. Admitted to theft from Waitrose at the Tudor Arcade in Dorchester on June 18, 2024, of items of unknown value. Given a community order of 18 months. To complete a maximum of 30 rehabilitation activity requirement days.
BEN MORRISON, aged 27, of Camp Road, Weymouth. Admitted to possession of controlled substances in Weymouth on March 23, 2024, namely Class B cannabis, and Class A cocaine, in addition to possession of an offensive weapon, a knuckleduster. Given a 12-month community order, must complete 150 hours of unpaid work. To pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114. Drugs and weapon to be forfeited.
MORGAN COLEMAN, aged 22, of Chapelhay Heights, Weymouth. Admitted to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour with the intent of causing another distress on May 15, 2024, on Portland Road, Weymouth. Given a 12 month community order. Must abstain from drinking for 90 days and complete 15 rehabilitation activity requirement days. Must also pay compensation of £250. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.
DANNY MALPAS, aged 24, of Field Barn Drive, Weymouth. Admitted to assault by beating of an emergency worker, namely a police officer, at an address in Weymouth on July 30, 2024. Given a conditional discharge of 18 months and must pay compensation of £250. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £26.
Portland:
JENNIFER WILSON, aged 41, of Wakeham, Portland. Admitted that, on May 29, 2024, on Pennsylvania Road, Portland drove a motor vehicle whilst over the limit for a controlled substance, namely 200 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of blood of Benzoylecgonine. Also, over the limit for cocaine, namely 14 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of blood. Also used a motor vehicle without insurance. Disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £120. To pay costs to of £85 and a surcharge of £48.
MARK JASON BIRD, aged 55, of Reforne, Portland. Admitted to using a van on Wyke Road on November 24, 2023, without insurance. Fined £333 and disqualified from driving for six months. Must pay a surcharge of £133 and court costs of £110.
West Dorset:
DAVID MAYHEW, aged 45, of Gwendoline Buck Drive, Charminster. Admitted to three counts of breaching a non-molestation order between May 1, 2023, and August 8, 2023. This includes phone calls and social media messages to the victim. Ordered not to contact the victim for three years save through family court, child social services or a solicitor. Also cannot enter an address in Weymouth for three years. Given a suspended, concurrent sentence of; ten weeks, one week and one week, suspended for two years. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £154.
