MEMBERS of a running club put their minds to the test for charity.
More than 60 runners from Dorchester RIOT Running club took part in a charity quiz night at The Trumpet Major in Dorchester to raise funds for the club's chosen charity of the year, Dorset Mind.
The self-funded local charity helps people experiencing mental health problems to access vital support.
A total of 11 teams competed for the coveted first place spot, including a team from Dorset Mind, tackling categories including TV, history, sport, geography and general knowledge across the evening - 'Scrambled Legs' were eventually crowned champions!
Thanks to quiz team entries and a raffle on the night, which included prizes generously donated by several local businesses, a total of £740 was raised for Dorset Mind.
Dorchester RIOT runs regular Run, Walk and Talk sessions, along with a couch to 5k programme and various club runs.
