An interactive family cinema experience is coming to rural Dorset.
The Enchanted Cinema is touring the UK bringing films to life through a pop-up orchestra, where audience members can create sound effects to much-loved animations.
The company is coming to Child Okeford Village Hall on Saturday, November 30 at 3pm with a showing of the children's classic The Snowman as part of the programme by Artsreach, Dorset’s rural arts charity.
Children and adults alike can join the orchestra experience, using instruments and their voices to create sound effects for different images seen in the film including an owl, a toothbrush, a whale and the sea.
The interactive workshop is followed by a screening of The Snowman, which was first shown over 40 years ago.
It is aimed for children aged four and above and their grown-ups.
Tickets and further information are available from 01258 861621 or online at Artsreach.co.uk
