An iconic landmark on Weymouth's seafront will be turning green.
The Jubilee Clock on Weymouth promenade is set to light up green from today Friday, October 25, until Monday, October 28.
This is to shine a light on the work of volunteers at the Nothe Fort.
The old Victorian coastal defence is now a major tourist attraction, with its museum, education programme and public events.
James Farquharson, chairman of the Nothe Fort, said: “Weymouth's Jubilee Clock lit up in Nothe Fort’s colour is a symbol of thanks to our team of local volunteers for providing an exceptional welcome to tens of thousands of visitors over the summer."
The Jubilee Clock has lit up in different colours throughout to celebrate the work of local charities and community groups.
It is set to glow red for the Royal British Legion from November 7 to 11 and yellow, red and blue for The Salvation Army from December 7 to 9.
