A PROBATE and trustee notice has been published for a woman from Weymouth who has died.

It is for Jane Rosemary Newcombe of Granby Close, Weymouth. She died on July 22.

Under Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 anyone who has a claim against this estate should write with details before January 23.

When the personal representatives distribute the estate after that date, they only have to take account of claims which they have received by then and will not be liable to any person of whose claim or interest they shall not by then have had notice
