Rural crime officers are investigating the theft of a tractor and hedge trimmer.

It was reported that between Thursday, October 10, and 10am on Saturday, October 12, a green Claas 640 tractor was stolen from the Hazelbury Bryan area in Dorset. A hedge trimmer on the rear was also stolen.

Police Constable Chandler Organ, of Dorset Police’s Rural Crime Team, said: “We are continuing to conduct enquiries into this incident and we are asking the public to keep a look out for any vehicle which may match the description which is seen in suspicious circumstances.

"It may be the vehicle is parked up seemingly abandoned.

“I would like to ask anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity or vehicle movements in the Hazelbury Bryan area within the time frame to please get in touch.

“Finally, please feel free to share this post so that we can reach out to as many people as possible”
