ALPER KOLCAK, aged 33, of Marsh Road, Weymouth. Admitted to breaching the requirements of a community order made by Weymouth Magistrates Court on May 23, 2024, by failing to attend unpaid work placement on September 1 and September 8, 2024. Fined £50 and to pay court costs of £60.
DALLAS HOOPER, aged 20, of Carlton Road North, Weymouth. Admitted to four counts of assault by beating of four police officers on April 17, 2024, in Weymouth and criminal damage of one of the officer’s glasses valued at £89. Given a community order of two years. To undergo rehabilitation including six months of testing by probation. Must undergo 20 rehabilitation requirement days and complete 60 hours of unpaid work. Must pay a total of £739 in compensation to the four officers. To pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.
JAKE HAMILTON, aged 30, of Blackberry Lane, Weymouth. Admitted to possession of the Class A drug cocaine on May 4, 2024, at Great George Street, Weymouth. Also admitted to two counts of assault by beating of an emergency worker and to being drunk and disorderly. Given a community order of 18 months. To undergo alcohol abstinence and monitoring for 90 days. Undergo 25 rehabilitation requirement activity days. To pay compensation of £200. Cocaine is to be forfeited and destroyed.

MARTIN JOSEPH RAWLINGS, aged 37, of Marie Road, Dorchester. Proven to have driven a car on October 30, 2023, on the A35 Dorset Way at Poole at a speed exceeding the limit of 50mph, namely 73mph. Fined £440. To pay a surcharge of £176 and court costs of £110. Driving licence endorsed with four penalty points.
JAMES WILLIAMS, aged 31, of Cokers Frome, Dorchester. Drove a van on April 12, 2024, on the A3049 Dorset Way, Poole, at a speed exceeding the speed limit of 50mph, namely 61mph. Points disqualification of six months. Three notional penalty points. Fined £153. To pay court costs of £110 and a surcharge of £61.

CHLOE ANN GRIFFITHS, aged 31, of Haylands, Portland. Admitted to driving a car on July 19, 2023, on Weston Road, Portland, at a speed exceeding the limit of 30mph, namely 36mph. Fined £80. To pay a surcharge of £20. Driving licence endorsed with three penalty points.
THOMAS JONES, aged 27, of East Weare Road, Portland. LYAM BULL, aged 29, of Pageants Close, Bridport. Admitted to criminal damage on March 6, 2024, of a window valued at approximately £400 in Morcombelake. Given a conditional discharge of 12 months and must pay £200 in compensation. Must pay court costs of £40.
STEVEN WANTUCH, aged 31, of Hemp Way, Bridport. Admitted to breaching a non-molestation order between December 24, 2023, and February 6, 2024, via phone calls, texts, emails and third parties. Given a community order of two years and must complete a supervised court programme of 42 days. Fined £80. To pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.
North Dorset:
CHRISTOPHER MOORHOUSE, aged 62, of High Street, Spetisbury. Admitted to driving a motor vehicle on July 7, 2024, on Salisbury Street, Blandford Forum after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion on their breath was 121 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit of 35 microgrammes. Given a 12-month community order. Must complete 80 hours of unpaid work. Disqualified from driving for 29 months, with a potential reduction period of 29 weeks pending completion of a course. Must pay court costs of £85 and a surcharge of £114.
