A crash damaged the central reservation along a dual carriageway in Dorset.
Police received a report at 5.12am today (Tuesday, October 8) to a report of a one-vehicle crash on the A35 bypass between the Blandford Junction and Bere Regis roundabout.
According to police, damage was caused to the central reservation, with the local authority- Dorset Council- notified to carry out needed repairs.
The vehicle was recovered around 6.15am, with no serious injuries reported.
The road was reported to be partially blocked both ways due to flooding near the B3390 Affpuddle and Tolpuddle turn off.
Traffic is reported to be coping well.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "We were called at 5.12am on Tuesday, October 8 to a report of a single vehicle collision on the A35 bypass between the Blandford junction and Bere Regis roundabout.
"Officers attended. Damage was caused to the central reservation.
"The vehicle was recovered and road cleared at around 6.15am with no serious injuries reported."
