A popular French comedy will be shown with subtitles in Dorchester.
A screening of Diners des cons will be held at the Corn Exchange on High East Street, Dorchester at 7.30pm on Tuesday, October 29.
The 1998 French farce was the second highest grossing French film of that year and won three César awards - a prestigious film award in France.
It is based on a successful Parisian stage play known as The Dinner Game where a group of businessmen gather to throw a weekly dinner party, challenging each other to bring the most pathetic guest.
This is part of the Dorchester-Bayeux Twinning Society's annual programme of social activities from October 2024 to May 2025 where a series of talks, lunches and French film screenings will take place throughout the year.
Entry is £6 cash on the door. Bar and doors open at 6.45pm.
