A workshop is taking place where people can learn how to make traditional Dorset buttons.
The cross wheel button making workshop will be held at The Old Chapel, 59 Main Road, Tolpuddle on Saturday, October 12 from 10.30am to 12pm.
People will be provided with the materials necessary to begin creating simple, traditional Dorset cross wheel buttons and find out about their history.
These buttons were hand made in the county from the mid 17th century until the mid 19th century and formed an important part of the local economy.
No previous experience is necessary.
Entry cost £25 and all materials and refreshments are included in the cost.
